At present, Segun serves on the board of various blue-chip companies as Chairman and Director, some of which include Oladiran Engineering and Trade Nigeria Limited and Petrolex Oil & Gas Limited – an innovative diversified energy services organisation providing value added services in supply and distribution of petroleum products, used oil recovery, fleet/fuel management services and shipping and logistics. He has dedicated his extensive knowledge of the industry towards its development, playing a huge role in its advancement, the most notable being his investment in a Mega Oil City which will house the second largest refinery & largest petroleum product depot in Africa. Segun Adebutu is the founder, financier and chairman of Oladiran Olusegun Adebutu (OOA) Foundation, a not-for-profit and non-political organisation, which was formally launched on Saturday, October 22 2016 at Abeokuta, Ogun State, South West Nigeria. The foundation is committed to supporting orphans and vulnerable children to access "quality education, primary healthcare, nutrition as well as social and economic welfare." The foundation whose mantra is 'Leave No Child Behind’ adopted 300 internally displaced children, and has been responsible for their upkeep including education, feeding, housing and health. He is the Chairman of Bluebridge Marine, Oladiran Agro-Allied Company and a music record label, named Baseline Records. In the last 10 years, Femi has raised over US$5billion in capital from local and international sources for a wide range of clients including some of the largest indigenous conglomerates in the sub-continent. Prior to joining Argentil, Femi led one of Nigeria's largest investment banking groups – BGL Capital Limited as MD/CEO and was responsible for building the largest Debt and Equity Capital Markets capacity within the country. His term as leader of this team saw the execution of some of the largest sub-national debt issuances in the Nigerian Capital Market. Femi was a senior banker with foremost South African Investment Bank - Rand Merchant Bank where he led a team of bankers in growing the Bank's African footprint. He also led Standard Bank's West Africa-focused Project & Structured Finance teams and was responsible for a number of landmark transactions. Femi was First Vice President at ARM Investment Managers and was responsible for the team that developed and financed a number of landmark transactions in the hospitality and infrastructure space including the award-winning Lagos Infrastructure Project - the development of Nigeria's first private financed toll road in 2005. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Businesses School and the IESE Business School in Barcelona. He holds an MBA from the University of Benin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria

He is the owner of Avnar Systems, Arcpine Limited and a shareholder / Director of Comenergy a company that pioneered telemetry solutions in the telecoms sector in Nigeria. Adelaja was part of the technical experts who attended training and introduction to SAM 2 with Inala of South Africa. His joined Petrolex as a consultant for the procurement and deployment of a telemetry system (FMS); the control and monitoring of product logistics and went on to handle the conception and development of the Petrolex Mega Oil City conception and development of the Petrolex Complete Value Chain Plan; conception, setup of Petrolex Guinea;  development of a Pipeline products distribution systems for The Republic of Guinea; setup of Syli Petroleum Guinea; conception and development of the Avon 4 Deep Sea Port Project, Ogun State; and conception and development of the llaje Integrated Mining Port Project, Ondo State. In the last 3 years he has setup OETas a construction subsidiary of Petrolex. Adelaja has a BSc in Building from the University of Lagos, Nigeria

She was also the Executive Secretary of PZ Cussons Foundation through which the Group drives the implementation of its Good4Business (G4B) strategy -Business Governance & Ethics, Environment, Sourcing, Community and Charity to drive sustainable value and growth through its day-to-day decision-making. In addition, she served as Legal Counsel, West Africa/Deputy Company Secretary of Cadbury Nigeria Plc and Cadbury Ghana. She also served as a Legal practitioner at Bayo Shotade & Co, DN Meyer Plc, UBA Trustees and Multi Resources Plc. She is a member of the Chartered of Arbitrators (UK), a certified Trainer with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and a Fellow/ Member of Governing Council of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN). Abiola is a member of the Board of Directors of the Strap & Safe Child Foundation, a non-for-profit organization which advocates the importance of children’s safety on the road, in school and at home. She is a past Chairman of the ICSAN Lagos State Chapter, a former PRO of the International Federation of Women Lawyers, Nigeria (FIDA), and the Immediate Past President of Caring Sisters Inc. (a charity for the empowerment of underprivileged women and children.
