Sustainable Prawn Trawling:

Our prawn trawling operations are a model of sustainable marine resource management. Advanced trawling techniques, such as Turtle Excluder Devices (TEDs), are deployed to protect non-target marine life. Our practices are designed to uphold marine ecosystems, certified by international bodies focused on marine conservation. We concentrate our efforts in designated zones that are scientifically assessed for sustainable trawling, thereby maximising yield without compromising the environmental balance.

Fish Processing:

Bluebridge Fisheries Limited operates state-of-the-art fish processing facilities, compliant with international food safety and quality standards such as ISO 22000 and HACCP. Our processing units are designed to minimise waste and maximise efficiency, from filleting and canning to cold storage. We engage in value-added processing, including smoking, packaging, and flash-freezing, thus offering a range of high-quality products to meet the diversified needs of international markets.
